These 40 x 48 x 2 inch honeycomb sheets are built from a compressed paper honeycomb core that delivers a high strength-to-weight ratio for layer separation, impact cushioning, and load stabilization. At 5 lbs per sheet, they add minimal mass to palletized loads while providing meaningful structural resistance between stacked product layers.
The cellular core distributes compressive forces evenly across the sheet surface, making these pads a practical choice as tier sheets in manufacturing staging areas, slip sheets in retail distribution centers, and cushioning pads in food and beverage palletizing operations. Sheets can be scored and cut to fit non-standard footprints or trimmed for use as void fill within individual cartons.
